Your tour will begin at “Thundering Wings,” in Eagle Park. This iconic totem, overlooking the harbor on Front Street, in Ketchikan, will stand out as you approach our meeting place. Keep an eye, and an ear, out for signs of your Husky Tour Guides. They will beckon you in with sweet woo’s! 

You will have plenty of opportunity to interact with your Husky Tour Guides as we wander. We’ll give you lots of time for pets, kisses, treats…and conversation! 

For 90 minutes we will wander in and among  historical and modern points of interest, while enjoying the sights and sounds of an economically and culturally significant Alaskan coastal town. The tour will cover many well known attractions, as well as some of your guides favorite local spots. 

Bring your questions about Alaska life, we are prepared to engage in conversations about what it means to live and work here…and to be a husky dog here! 

Our tour will conclude near shopping, museums, restaurants, and other local business, as pointed out during the tour. You will be able to follow-up wherever your heart desires…and have a short walk back where you need to be!

Ketchikan is hilly, wear your sturdy shoes with good grip…you could walk on steep, uneven, or unpaved surfaces. Don’t forget your rain jacket!
